Refund Policy

If your items are not as ordered you must advise Chocobon within 48 hours of delivery and we will provide a full refund.

Prior to fulfillment of your order if you would like to change anything, please contact us immediately by emailing info@chcoobon.com.au. We do not accept responsibility for change of mind after orders have been completed and despatched.

We do not offer refunds or accept liability for any loss or damage that occurs if you/the recipient is unavailable to receive the order and we take no responsibility for melted product in remote destinations; these orders are at your own risk.
