Below are our most frequently asked questions. 

 

What type of chocolate do you use?

We use premium couverture European chocolate.

 

Do you offer dairy and/or gluten free options?

Currently no. While our chocolate doesn't contain any gluten ingredients, it is not certified gluten free.

 

How do I store the chocolates and chocolates strawberries?

Chocolates should be stored in a dry and cool environment, away from sunlight. Strawberry boxes/towers should be refrigerated if not consumed right away. For best eating experience, we recommend removing them from the fridge approximately one hour before needed. 

 

How long do the strawberries last?

Where possible, we make our chocolate strawberries on the day required to ensure maximum freshness. While we usually recommend consuming right away, they do last several days if refrigerated.

 

Do you ship interstate?

Chocolate bars and boxes are shippable Australia-wide. Strawberry boxes are available only within VIC, S.A., N.S.W. and TAS. Towers are only available within metropolitan Melbourne.

 

Do you offer pick up?

Yes, this is encouraged! Our HQ is in Bentleigh East in the south east/bayside region of Melbourne. 

 

How much is delivery?

We have two flat rates when it comes to delivery: 

- express shipping $20 for chocolates and strawberry boxes (to certain states)

- door to door delivery $55 for towers and anything you'd like us to deliver our selves. This includes setting up.

 

Can I request delivery/collection for a specific date?

Yes. During checkout you can nominate when you'd like to receive/collect your order. Please ensure to keep fulfillment time frames below in mind as well as the 2-3 business days it will take us to prepare your order.

  

How soon after I place my order will be it delivered/ready to collect?

If you'd like to collect your order, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be completed.

Orders placed Wed-Friday requiring shipping can be dispatched the earliest, on the following Monday.
